Each Carlson Super DHA soft gel contains 1000 mg of fish body oil from a special blend of fish oils (including Menhaden and Sardines) which provides 500 mg of DHA (DocosaHexaenoic Acid)and 200 mg of EPA (EicosaPentaenoic Acid). The oil is separated from the tissues without the use of chemicals by a low temperature process known as molecular distillation.
